The Institute of Neurodiversity, Singapore is committed to transforming the lives of neurominorities in Singapore by fostering Awareness, Representation, Research, Connections, Collaborations and Celebrations.

The organization aims to create systemic change, social cohesion and social mobility that fosters acceptance, support, and empowerment for individuals with neurodiverse traits. The plan emphasizes collaboration with businesses, educational institutions, government agencies, and the wider community to drive sustainable impact.

A hands-on experience that helps participants develop a deeper understanding of neurodiverse challenges and strengths.

This workshop encourages empathy, self-reflection, and discussions on how to build a more inclusive environment

Introduce a "Neurodiversity-Friendly" workplace and school certification to recognize institutions implementing inclusive practices.

This is in line with certifying neuro inclusive spaces in Singapore

Implement a structured mentorship program pairing neurominority employees with professionals in their respective industries for career guidance and workplace adaptation support.

Create buddy systems in schools where neurominority students receive peer-to-peer guidance from trained mentors. This can be in alignment with ION's reverse mentoring

Support Networks

Establish online and offline peer-support groups to provide safe spaces for neurominorities to share experiences and resources.
