Establish online and offline peer-support groups to provide safe spaces for neurominorities to share experiences and resources.
Develop an interactive online forum where neurominorities and allies can share knowledge, experiences, and support.
Host periodic meetups, panel discussions, and social events to create a sense of belonging within the community.
Organize exhibitions featuring neurominority talents in art, music, and theater.
Work with policymakers and similar advocacy groups to recommend inclusive workplace policies and educational support systems.
Develop programs to empower caregivers with knowledge and resources to support neurodiverse individuals -priority for local government schools and international schools if required for support of local communities.
Partner with government and institutions for employer awareness campaign promoting neurodiverse hiring and workplace adjustments.
